Terms and
Conditions
- 50% of total rent is due at
the time of booking.
- Payment can be made by Visa,
Master Card or cash.
- Balance is due at time of
arrival.
- A flat .20.00 fee is required
for telephone hook-up and to cover local calls. A credit card is
required as deposit for possible internet/telephone use above and
beyond that.

Checking in and out
Please remember that we are not a hotel. Someone has to meet you at the
apartment to check you in, give you keys and to check you out when you
leave, take the keys back. Our standard check in time is around 2:00
pm and
check out time is 11:00
am. If
the apartment is not occupied the night previous to your arrival, an
exception to the check in may be made.

Cancellation
- 50% of deposit will be
refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date.
- 20% of deposit will be
refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date.
- No refund of deposit if
cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.
- Full payment of booking is
due if cancelled within 24 hours of the beginning of your stay.
